I am new to the hobby, but have been reserching for two years before starting my project. It was on the strength of these testimonials that I bought 50 kg from here. The rock arrived on the day, well packaged and smelled exactly how it should.

The sizes and shapes were nice and varied and I am already seeing life appear after one day!

After ordering from here 3 times I thought I would take time out to leave some brilliant feedback. I have had 5 kilos of rubble,15kilos of tonga branch and 15kilos of premium live rock which was free with my 150w double halides, It was all delivered to my door on the day i wanted which is fantastic as it saves the wondering of when is it going to turn up and you can set the day best for you.I have set up 5 tanks over the years and i have to say that the rock from here is top class.

I only wish i knew of here before i purchased the other rock from other sources, including online and my local fish shops as it would of saved me a great deal of money and i would have got top class rock. If you need live rock or indeed lighting then i strongly suggest you buy from here,I have reccomended this site to many friends who are thinking of setting up marine systems and would reccomend to anyone who asked me.

Speedy service , 20 kgs of live rock and 5 kgs of the tongan branch rock arrived within 2 days of ordering . As i was unpacking it i could see small worms moving around and other life forms much better quality than i had seen in my local LFS . The tank looks fabulous and very realistic . Highly recommended .

I would like to add my recommendations to the others listed here as it was on the basis of these comments that I placed my order. The service and subsequent advise has been nothing short of excellent. Bearing in mind that I placed my order to be delivered between Christmas 2007 and the new year it was faultless - even got a phone call to make sure it had arrived OK too! The rock is of fantastic quality, caused no ammonia or nitrite spikes and cycled in half the normal time. The whole family rushes out of bed in the morning to see what new creatures have appeared - it's brilliant and certainly far cheaper than any LFS and better quality too. Will definitely use again, many thanks.

Nigel really is a great bloke (I messed up and had to change the delivery date and address). The service is excellent, my rock arrived safely, has beautiful colour/shape, and plenty of good life (still settling in). Very happy.

I have just had 40kgs of Live Rock from your recent Sump clearance sale. Well, what can i say it arrived as described, sweet smelling,clean and a surprisingly good variety of structure for such cheap rock.I am well chuffed with it.I am looking forward to doing a major rebuild on both my set-ups. I ordered 20k of live rock just under 2 weeks ago for my new tank. I am amazed at the life starting to grow on the rocks (not to mention the strange creatures i have seen). I decided to buy from your site as the rock i had seen in the shops i visited was covered in brown algae and much more expensive, although i found other online stores selling rock slightly cheaper they didn't have any information regarding how the rock had been cured or any customer feedback. Anyway i'd just like to say thanks for the excellent service and stunning rock.

I was delighted with the quality of the rock,with absolutely no smell,the sizes are great as are the corallines that are present,so thanks for a great service and an even better product.

I purchased 20KG of cured live rock in August this year and I was extremely pleased with the service... next day delivery and a top quality product. It's great!, i orderd 20kg on wednesday evening and it arrived friday afternoon, super fast delivery!!!!, after placing the rock in to my tank i saw life almost straight away, after about 2hrs i have spotted 4 different crabs!! the rock is really good and i would recomend live-rock.co.uk to anyone who is looking, even my LFS has had a look and may be switching supplier! cheers guys, i will be ordering more!

Great Live rock! Bought from Live-Rock on the strength of these comments and it payed off, Great quality and delivery. Seen fan worms (red & green!), a couple of small crabs and some sort of small shrimp- the rock has only been in a couple of hours!!...I totaly recommend buying from here. AAA+++

WOW !!! I ordered 10kg to add some live rock to a mainly ocean rock based new system at 3pm and it was at my door in less than 24hrs.

The quality is better than I ever imagined, never seen better! After less than a week to mini-cycle it is abundant with coverage of all sorts of lifeforms and algae. Will be ditching all my ocean rock and ordering another 25kgs straight away to give my system the best start I can.

Also used 3kg of rubble in 1 canister, and my system has got off to an A1 start, hardly any spike yet at all. CANT RECOMMEND ENOUGH - DONT DOUBT IT - BUY IT !!!

I really appreciated your help and advice when supplying the rock to me. The rock is now teaming with life, all sorts of things. I don’t have a clue what a lot of the things are but everyday I am noticing something new. There have been a couple of baby crabs and I think a brittle star fish. Only today I saw what looked like a long spikey leg but it didn’t show itself any further to see what the rest of it looked like.

I decided to order after reading other customer testimonials, and my nano pack and rubble arrived today. Before I'd even finished putting it in the tank, I'd seen two crabs and many different types of alge,etc. For my first live rock purchase, I'm impressed and now would not shop anywhere else, Nigel is a top bloke!!

Stunning Rock. Won 10kg's off E-bay and received next morning at 10:30. 100% better that the low quality rock on sale at my local LFS. Will be back for more as and when needed.

The 30 kgs i ordered recently looks great, so i thought i'd order another 20kgs and 3kgs rock rubble to set up my reef.

I took a small chance and bought 5kg to make up my 20kg and couldnt believe how quickly it was despatched. Ordered it late monday afternoon recieved it 11:30am wednesday. Very well packed and good pieces of rock, even a few crabs scuttling around when I opened it. No smell, no decay, just quality live rock.

Recieved live rock rubble today as requested after having it recomended on a forum,Expertly packaged. The quality was truly superb many thanks, seemed a shame to put in my filter chamber, full of coraline and briming with life... Recomended to all

I must say how impressed i am with the rock. It is some of the best rock i have seen, full of life with crabs, worms and allsorts. If you have doubts about buying from here then don't because you won't be disappointed. The service & delivery time was 1st class.

I have bought LR from several retailers over the years , but i must say this shipment is remarkable. Good shape and sizes, absolutely no smell whatsoever, no spike i could detect . After a few days it became even more aparant how good it was, never ever have i had LR with live Hard coral polyps growing, there are several patches that are alive and well and extending their polyps, also Zooanthids and star polyps, peanut worms bristleworms, a sea cucumber (bless).I can definetly recommend this rock with confidence to anyone.Give Nigel a call you wont be dissapointed.

I just wanted to drop a line to say thanks for the live rock i ordered.

I requested if you could have it delivered on 27/06 cause i work offshore and it was here at 3:00 this afternoon. It has been in my tank for a couple of hours and have already seen 2 hermit crabs and the coralline algae coverage is fantastic. There is no doubt that i will use your service again.

I was unsure about ordering live rock online but reading the reviews left on here I thought I'd give it a go, there aren't many places close by that sell live rock so I had nothing to compare it to. Got 20kg of live rock delivered, in the tank at 7pm and by midnight the same day there was some kind of crab in there! A few days later and there's loads of little critters in there, and the corraline algae coverage is excellent! Will buy again from here!

Hi I received a 50kg of rock yesterday now although im new to reefs ive done my research the rock i got was miles better than anything ive seen in several lfs very well packed and promt delivery even as i unpacked the rock i found signs of life and now its sitting in my tank each time i look at it i find some more.I just have a feeling ill be buying more from these guys reall soon. Got the live rock as described and on the date requested. This stuff is excellent. Lots of great shapes and colours. Seems to have lots of life. Looking forward to seeing what comes out! Better than LFS rock. If you are worried about buying online, don't be!

Got 20Kg - excellent quick delivery (and early morning too!). Within a Week, have noticed crabs, critters, feather dusters, lovely coralline algae etc! Buy your rock from this man!

When i ordered my live rock i asked nigel to send me 20kg the right size for my perc 90, i had my resevations at first but i must say that the rock is perfect, far better than any i've seen in shops. i also spoke to nigel before ordering and he answered all my questions very quickly, the rock also has plenty of life/critters, nothing more to say really apart from, price/service/quality, excellent, will use you again. thank you.

Ordered on the Wednesday for Friday delivery. Was delivered on time. Condition excellent, lots of purple patches and less than a week later we have interesting things growing on it. Don't hesitate if you are after live rock get your order in.

Received my 40KG of live rock just over two weeks ago. Its is full of colour and had lots of life in it. The selection of different sized rocks are perfect for my corner tank. I have added a couple of corals, shrimp, snails and fish. All really happy and appear relaxed. I cant believe how natural it appears in such a short time. Hi Nigel, just so say after recieving the rock yesterday added it straight to the tank. It has transformed it! I am so chuffed, it looks amazing. The quality of the rock is outstanding, There is no comparison to our local aquatic center! I had a small spike the next day, but its to be expected, it was a fair amount for a small tank. I have purchased fijian living rock from #######, who report to be the best.
However after collection my order from the reefstore, i can honestly say, the quality was fantastic with coraline alge and life forms throughtout. I now feel i am getting closer to the real reef look with this quality living rock.

I'm new to this live rock lark and took a chance on reefstore, ordered the 10kg for its reasonable price. The rock I received was fantastic, far superior to several local suppliers with interesting shapes, colours etc. Well matured rock, zero ammonia levels since adding, am soon to buy 10kg more and would reccomend to anyone.

We got this rock over a week now and it is in a new tank doing just great. Plenty of live movement within the rock at such a short time. Reefstore were very helpful in advising us how to get off to a good start.
